Direct property purchase throughout Portugal
Choose the type of property you want to sell. Each page explains the details that help us assess it and the questions to clarify before moving forward.
Apartments
Tell us the layout, floor, lift availability, interior condition and whether the apartment is occupied. Photos of the rooms and details of storage or parking help complete the review.
Houses
Include the house and plot areas, access, outbuildings and any known work needed. Flag any differences between the documentation and the current layout at the start.
Garages
Tell us whether you are selling an enclosed garage, a garage box or a parking space. Share the dimensions, access photographs and details of its current use.
Property in Lisbon
The exact location and building characteristics help us understand the property. Our Lisbon page lists the information to prepare for an initial review in the city.
Property enquiries across the whole country
Venda Rápida welcomes direct purchase enquiries throughout Portugal: the North, Centre, Lisbon, Alentejo, Algarve, Madeira and the Azores. Always include the municipality and parish. Viewing arrangements, document checks and the terms of a possible offer depend on the particular property. The Lisbon page explains details relevant to the capital, while our apartment, house, garage and land pages are intended for owners in any region. Coverage does not mean an automatic offer or an identical timeline everywhere.
Urban and rural land, including plots with structures
To present land, start with its location, area, access and known boundaries. Explain its current use and what the documents say about the property. If it includes a structure, ruin or project, describe that separately. We do not assume development is possible simply from the wording of an advertisement. The land page explains how to prepare information about a parcel and distinguish confirmed features from possibilities that still require assessment for the specific location.
From first contact to a possible offer
The process begins with a description of what you want to sell and your preferred timing. We then clarify missing details and discuss the necessary checks, which may include a viewing. Read an offer together with its terms: amount, payment, costs, handover and any outstanding conditions. Formalisation can be organised once there is agreement and the necessary conditions are met. Sending an enquiry does not guarantee that we will buy the property or that completion will take place on a particular date.
Circumstances to mention at the start
Tell us about tenants, several owners, an inheritance, a mortgage or other charges that need clarification. Also mention if you want to sell in the current condition, live abroad or need time to move out. Those details help prepare the conversation. Do not send identity documents or bank details with your first message; the documents needed and the way to share them can be agreed during the process. If a key point is unknown, explain that it remains to be checked.
Choose your property type and prepare an enquiry
The pages below explain the features of each property type and answer common questions. If you wish to sell several properties together, identify them separately and say whether you prefer a combined offer. You can start by calling +351 910 593 550 or prepare the information on our contact page. The purpose of that first conversation is to understand the request and the next steps, so you can compare a possible direct purchase offer with other ways of selling.
